Evaluating the panel glue-ups

In gluing up the panels my understanding is that a little squeeze out was a good thing. Clear packaging tape helped a great deal with squeeze out but visible glue between the panels remains. The fit seems good but I wonder if sanding can remove enough of the glue to allow for a "bright" finish. We have been obsessively neat during this project particularity with the epoxy and I'm sure this has helped considerably. The bottom panel glue-up is perhaps the least likely to pass the "Bright" finish test. The bottom panel came with slightly damaged scarfs so the joining of these panels reveals the damaged scarf ends. I will try to sand away the problem but I don't think this will work. I am now considering the number of colors and color combinations that exist to paint the hull.
